Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a leading Telecoms end client: ServiceNow Architect with experience of enterprise-scale transformation programmes.  Leading the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture vision, roadmap, governance, strategic adoption of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps + custom applications.  Defining ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture platform strategy, leading solution design + architecture reviews. Establishing CSDM, CMDB, integration + data architecture standards Driving ServiceNow platform governance, standards + best practice. Providing technical leadership + collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams. Technical Skills: ServiceNow Architecture, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub, Enterprise Integrations, Security, Governance, Cloud Architecture, Data Modeling, HLDs, LLDs + architecture diagrams.
