Our client is based in Robertsbridge, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Ledger administrator/ Credit Control to join their team. This is a permanent role for the right candidate.

Main Duties

• Primary role to accurately input and allocate customer payments against the correct customer ledger accounts
• Check incoming payments and investigate any discrepancies.
• Monitoring outstanding invoices and proactively chase overdue payments
• Communicate with Customers and internal departments to resolve any queries preventing payment.
• Take credit card payments by phone.
• Send and answer emails professionally.
• Input all Dutch payments, including using portal for group a/c information.
• Check Dutch orders and release where possible.
• Send invoices, credits and statements for the Dutch Department.
• Maintain all Dutch Customers accounts, updating where necessary.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to update records and process financial information.
• Any other administration roles required.

Qualification’s Skills and Experience

• Credit control or sales ledger experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone and email communication.
• Computer literate.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Must have Excel experience.
• Own transport preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience using Business Central System.
• Able to work on their own.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday.
• 8.30am to 4.30pm.
• Office based role.
