Essential Requirements * Qualified educator with a strong understanding of the British curriculum. * Minimum 5 years' experience in senior school leadership, ideally as a Principal, Headteacher, Vice Principal or Deputy Head. * Master's degree in Educational Leadership or NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship). * Proven ability to lead whole-school improvement and raise academic standards. * Strong leadership, strategic planning and staff development skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. * A clear vision for delivering high-quality British education.
