Accomplish Today is exclusively retained by a well established and highly regarded financial services firm based in Beverley to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Adviser. This is a genuinely high calibre opportunity, not a generic advisory vacancy, and it comes with one of the strongest packages currently available in this specialism outside London.
You will join a professional practice that advises corporate clients on workplace pensions, group risk and wider employee benefits solutions, working to the highest professional and regulatory standards. The firm places real weight on technical excellence and long term client relationships rather than transactional sales, and you will have full administrative support behind you so your time is spent advising, not paperwork.
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering high quality regulated advice to corporate clients
- Developing and presenting clear, compelling client propositions
- Achieving agreed new business objectives
- Conducting structured client reviews in line with agreed service standards
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Presenting complex employee benefits solutions to both employers and employees with clarity and confidence
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, product providers and internal colleagues
- Maintaining your ongoing professional competence, including your Continuing Professional Development and Insurance Distribution Directive requirements
What You Will Bring
- A full Level 4 regulated diploma, such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, the Diploma in Financial Advice, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of three years experience delivering regulated financial advice
- Strong knowledge across Group Personal Pensions, Group Income Protection, Group Life cover, Private Medical Insurance and Auto Enrolment
- Experience with flexible benefits platforms would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage corporate decision makers directly
- A highly organised, detail focused and client centred approach
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- A professional, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in helping the business grow
What Is On Offer
- Basic salary of £50,000 to £85,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- A 30% bonus opportunity
- A £3,600 Employee Ownership Trust bonus
- Private medical cover
- Full administrative support, so you can focus on advising rather than admin
- A hybrid working model
This is a rare opportunity to join a well supported, technically strong practice where client relationships are built to last, not just sold to target. For a confidential conversation about the role, please contact Accomplish Today.
