Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm) Location: Halesowen Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: National Minimum Wage Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment. Duties Include: Picking and packing customer orders. Loading and unloading containers. Receiving, checking, and storing stock. Moving products throughout the warehouse. Keeping work areas clean and organised. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required. Following all health and safety procedures. Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting. Good attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Able to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer?
