Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving, and keeping production running smoothly?

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join a busy manufacturing site, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production machinery and equipment.

The Role

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Supporting continuous improvement projects
• Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
• Minimising downtime and improving machine reliability
• Supporting installations, upgrades, and site improvement activities

Salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

Monday to Friday working pattern

37-hour working week

Flexible working policy following successful completion of probation

Work your 8-hour day anytime between 6:00am and 6:00pm

Early finish every Friday - 2pm!

What We're Looking For

• Apprenticeship-trained engineer or equivalent experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Confident fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
