What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying buyers based on their property needs
• Organising and conducting property viewings with confidence and professionalism
• Handling negotiations between vendors and purchasers to secure successful deals
• Developing strong and lasting relationships with clients and applicants
• Actively generating new instructions and valuation opportunities
• Managing sales progression through to completion with regular updates and communication

• Experience in residential property sales preferred
• Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High standard of customer care and professionalism
• Confident, clear and engaging telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-focused approach
• Good knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
