This role is suited to a property professional with experience in residential estate agency and a strong background in sales and negotiation.

You will play an important role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with buyers and vendors, and supporting successful property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Generating and converting new business opportunities
• Progressing sales transactions and maintaining regular communication with clients
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

• Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator is essential
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Positive and proactive approach to work
• Well-presented with strong communication skills
• Local knowledge of Reading
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
