We work with schools and Local Authorities to provide tailored tuition for pupils accessing alternative provision, EOTAS or requiring extra support to engage with education. The Role Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition. Adapt lessons to individual SEND needs. Support Maths, English and other relevant subjects. Build confidence, engagement and positive relationships. Monitor progress and submit session feedback. Requirements Experience supporting children or young people with SEND. Teaching qualification, tutoring experience or relevant educational background. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. SEMH or alternative provision experience is desirable. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (we can provide a link to apply if needed).
