Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a large M&E client who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team, working on projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical building services background who enjoys being hands-on, leading site teams and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard. The Role of the Mechanical Supervisor: Supervising mechanical installation works on site. Managing and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors. Ensuring works are completed in line with project programmes. Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring works meet specifications. Coordinating with project managers and other trades. Maintaining health & safety standards across site. Supporting the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish. Requirements of the Mechanical Supervisor: Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within building services. Strong knowledge of mechanical installations. Experience working on commercial construction projects. Good leadership and communication skills. The ability to manage site teams and keep works progressing.
