Site Manager - Remediation Project Hove, East Sussex £55,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package £1.5 Million Residential Remediation Scheme A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a £1.5 million remediation project in Hove. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across the South East, delivering high-profile residential remediation and refurbishment schemes. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a live remediation project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing all site operations from inception through to completion Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site Ensuring health & safety compliance is maintained at all times Overseeing quality control and ensuring works meet specification Managing programme delivery and reporting progress to senior management Conducting site meetings and maintaining strong client relationships Managing site documentation, inspections and reporting requirements Driving productivity and maintaining project timelines Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering remediation, refurbishment or external façade projects Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management procedures Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead teams and drive programme performance SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential Relevant construction qualification preferred Package Basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 Car allowance or company vehicle Pension scheme Private healthcare Annual bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Excellent opportunities for progression within a growing contractor Apply If you are a Site Manager looking to join a reputable contractor and lead a significant remediation project in Hove, we'd like to hear from you.
