Senior Legal Technologist

Location: Central London (Covent Garden / Holborn)

Salary: Up to £85,000

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm

The firm: A leading full-service UK law firm with 400-500 people in a single central London office, investing heavily in legal technology as part of a wider digital transformation.

The role: A hands-on, strategic position reporting to the Head of Legal Technology. You’ll work with lawyers, partners and clients from the very start of a project, shaping solutions, building them and seeing them through to adoption. The team runs lean, so you’ll own projects end to end and act as a trusted advisor across the firm.

You will:

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops with legal teams
• Own the operating model for document automation, legal AI and GenAI tools
• Build AI-powered use cases and agentic workflows
• Present and demonstrate solutions to clients and partners
• Drive adoption through training and feedback, and evaluate new tools and vendors

You have:

• 3+ years in a similar legal technology role (a legal or paralegal background is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with legal AI platforms (Harvey, CoCounsel, Legora or similar)
• Document automation experience (Contract Express, Document Drafter, HotDocs or similar)
• HighQ Collaborate, DocuSign and SharePoint
• Strong communication skills, with confidence at partner level
