Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (12 Months)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm

We are looking for a Sales, Customer Service & CRM Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a varied and rewarding role with a great team, where you will play a key part in supporting customers, maintaining accurate CRM records, assisting with sales administration, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to resolution.

The Role

As Customer Service & CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst supporting day-to-day sales administration and CRM activities. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally via telephone and email, processing orders and quotations, and ensuring customer data is accurately maintained.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident communicating with customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team, including reporting and documentation.
• Track orders and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Customer Service

• Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Deliver a professional and confident customer experience at all times.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
• Process returns, complaints and service requests in line with company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

CRM Management

• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
• Produce CRM reports to support sales and management decision-making.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Support CRM-related projects, campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.

General Duties

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR requirements.
• Provide support and cover for other administrative functions when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer service standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a customer service, sales support, account administration or CRM-focused position and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering first-class customer support.

Contract Details

This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract commencing on 2 November 2026 and expected to continue until approximately 31 October 2027, subject to the return of the substantive postholder.
