Employee Relations Complex Case Worker

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week on-site

About the Role

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Complex Case Worker to provide specialist HR and employee relations support within a large, complex organisation.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing complex employee relations cases, advising managers and supporting the fair and effective resolution of sensitive workplace matters.

You will work with managers and stakeholders to provide sound HR guidance, support employee relations processes and help ensure cases are handled professionally and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on complex employee relations cases.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and stakeholders on sensitive employee matters.
• Support the effective resolution of complex workplace issues.
• Apply HR policies and employment legislation appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support employee relations processes.
• Maintain effective case management and documentation.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience.
• Experience working within a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
• Excellent communication, organisation and case management skills.
• Confidence working with managers and stakeholders.
