Reed Education are working with primary schools across Scunthorpe who are seeking experienced and motivated HLTAs to provide high-quality classroom support and deliver learning activities across the curriculum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons and interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide classroom cover when required.
• Support pupils' academic and personal development.
• Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver learning activities.
• Track and report on pupil progress.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or significant relevant classroom experience.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to confidently lead groups and whole classes.
