In this role, you will be MIG and TIG welding on mild steels and aluminium. You will work on a wide range of components, reading technical drawings to create specialised products. You will be constantly challenged, keeping every day interesting. It is a 39-hour week working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, with the opportunity for up to 10 hours a week of overtime, paid at time and a half. This business has been going 50 years, and is a specialist precision engineering and fabrication company, feeding into a variety of industries including aerospace, motorsport, marine, and oil and gas. They have 3 workshops totaling 45,000 square feet, and they keep the space very clean.
