You will manage and develop a team of auditors, review work to a high standard and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion
• Review audit files and ensure compliance with ISAs and UK GAAP
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Manage budgets, deadlines and engagement profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and reviewing files
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs
• Excellent communication and people management skills
