We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist to join a busy UK & Ireland contracts team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining customer pricing, supporting commercial activities, and helping the business achieve its revenue objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintaining contract pricing and customer price lists within Oracle and associated systems.

• Processing quotations, pricing agreements, and commercial documentation.

• Responding to pricing queries from customers and internal stakeholders.

• Supporting account bases and managing related enquiries.

• Assisting with tender administration and pricing activities.

• Preparing commercial reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

• Monitoring and updating pricing information.

• Ensuring pricing data is accurate to enable efficient order processing.

• Working closely with commercial teams to support business objectives and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a commercial, contracts, pricing, sales support, or administration role.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

• Database management or reporting experience advantageous.

• Oracle experience desirable but not essential.
