Production Control Manager – Data Centre Construction Salary: €75,000 + €28,000 Annual Living Allowance Location: Frankfurt, Germany Sector: Data Centre / Mission Critical Construction Employment: Permanent | Full-time We are urgently recruiting a Production Control Manager to support a major data centre construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, digitally minded construction professional who enjoys planning, coordination, data analysis and improving site productivity. The role would suit someone from a CSA construction background who has progressed through a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Construction Planner or Site Engineer position and is confident using IT systems, planning software and reporting tools. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and package teams to coordinate short-term planning, monitor progress, identify constraints and ensure construction activities remain aligned with the master programme. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate short-term construction planning, including 8-week, 4-week and 2-week look-ahead programmes and weekly work plans. * Maintain and update digital planning tools, including Visilean or similar software. * Facilitate planning sessions, daily site huddles and coordination meetings with construction teams and subcontractors. * Track construction progress, commitments, constraints and potential delays. * Maintain constraint logs, identifying issues relating to materials, design information, permits, access and site readiness. * Prepare progress dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and other digital tools. * Coordinate activities across CSA, MEP, fire protection and fit-out packages to improve visibility and sequencing. * Compare short-term plans against the master programme and highlight potential slippage. * Monitor procurement, deliveries, fabrication status and site logistics. * Work with BIM teams to identify clashes and sequencing issues that may affect construction progress. * Track handover and commissioning prerequisites across construction areas. * Report progress, risks and mitigation actions to the Construction Manager and package leads. Requirements * Approximately 3–5 years' experience in construction planning, production control, project coordination or a related site-based role. * CSA construction experience, ideally across civil, structural or architectural packages. * Strong IT literacy and confidence working with digital systems, databases and reporting tools. * Experience with planning software such as Visilean, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar. * Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience would be advantageous. * Understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination and site constraints. * Good organisational, analytical and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple activities, track actions and keep project information up to date. * Data centre or mission-critical construction experience is desirable but not essential.
