The role

You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model
• Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
• KPI/SLA management and reporting
• Stakeholder, risk and issue management

If you're an IAM Service Lead, IAM Service Manager, IAM Lead or similar, and you're open to a new opportunity, drop me a message or apply for more information.
