As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, taking messages and routing calls.
• Manage daily office operations, including supplies, cleaners, and maintenance scheduling (e.g., air conditioning, fire alarms, roller shutters).
• Keep company compliance documents, certificates, and renewals current and diarised.
• Book team accommodation for jobs requiring overnight stays.

As the Operations Coordinator you will be:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated: The intelligence and initiative to take ownership of a task and run it with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solver: Capable of prioritising competing demands from operations, projects, finance, and the warehouse while staying calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy: High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) with the ability to quickly pick up new software packages.
• Professional communicator: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• A willingness to grow: Comfortable working with numbers and keen to take on bookkeeping responsibilities as the role develops.
