PFI Operations Manager

Location: North West England (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a supportive, established organisation in Lancashire that is looking for a PFI Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong PFI, SPV and Facilities Management experience who wants greater responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and genuine opportunities to develop into a more senior leadership role.

What will you be doing?

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to support the successful delivery and performance of a major PFI contract, including:

• Supporting the overall management of the PFI contract and SPV.
• Overseeing FM service delivery and operational performance.
• Managing client, stakeholder and supply chain relationships.
• Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, compliance and contractual performance.
• Supporting financial and commercial management.
• Managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Providing leadership and support across operational teams.
• Deputising for the General Manager when required.

What are we looking for?

PFI experience is essential, along with:

• Experience working within an SPV/PFI environment.
• A solid Facilities Management background.
• Strong contract and supplier management experience.
• Good commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• A strong understanding of PFI performance, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• The ambition to develop and progress within a senior management environment.

The package

£50,000 – £60,000 salary

20% annual bonus

10% employer pension contribution
