LEAD COST ESTIMATOR DYCE, ABERDEEN Are you an experienced Cost Estimator ready to take the lead on major engineering and construction projects? We’re looking for a Lead Cost Estimator to drive estimating strategy, deliver competitive project estimates and support key commercial decisions across a growing engineering group. The Role: * Lead cost estimates across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. * Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. * Manage cost modelling, benchmarking, risk analysis and contingency planning. * Develop estimating processes, databases and cost standards. * Lead, mentor and develop estimating team members. * Support tender submissions, project controls and commercial performance. What We’re Looking For: * Senior-level cost estimating experience, ideally across large-scale engineering and construction projects. * Proven experience leading and developing a team. * Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering or a related discipline. * Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and attention to detail. * RICS or AACE/CCP membership would be advantageous. Location: Aberdeen (with travel to other group locations) Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working available
