Technical Services Supervisor £50,000 per annum | London | Hybrid working 300 North is recruiting a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee hard FM services across a residential portfolio, predominantly tower block buildings. This is an opportunity for an ambitious technical professional, with scope to step up quickly into management as they demonstrate their capability. The role: Oversee M&E systems, planned and reactive maintenance, and building defects. Manage contractors, ensuring safe working practices and quality service delivery. Monitor statutory compliance and building safety across high-rise residential buildings. Provide technical support to Property Managers, clients and residents. Travel across the London portfolio and participate in an on-call rota. About you: You will have a technical trade, engineering or building services background, with experience across a large housing portfolio. Experience with tower blocks or high-rise residential developments is particularly relevant. Strong knowledge of hard services, contractor management and statutory compliance is essential, alongside the confidence to take ownership and develop into a broader management role.
