Registered Manager - Adults Residential Home Kettering Northamptonshire

Salary: From £47,500 per annum

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a residential care service?

We are looking for a confident and passionate leader to oversee the quality, performance and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring people receive safe, effective and truly person-centred care.

About the Role of Registered Manager

You will:

• Lead, support and develop the management and care team.

• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.

• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and quality improvement.

• Manage recruitment, supervision and staff performance.

• Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.

• Manage staffing and budgets effectively.

• Create a positive environment where people feel valued, respected and empowered.

• Drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of the service.

Requirements of Registered Manager

We are looking for someone who has:

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

• At least 3 years' experience in adult social care.

• Experience working in a regulated care environment.

• Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA and DoLS.

• Proven leadership and staff management experience.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A calm, resilient and compassionate approach.

• A genuine commitment to improving people's lives.

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge would be advantageous.
