The Role

• Manage your own caseload of privately funded Family matters
• Advise on divorce, separation and financial remedy proceedings
• Handle private children matters
• Advise on cohabitation and other private family disputes
• Provide clear, practical and sensitive advice to clients
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop your own profile through networking and business development
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Bournemouth practice

About You

• Qualified Family Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling privately funded Family matters
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
• Ambitious and keen to progress your career
• A collaborative team player who will contribute to the wider team’s success
