Fleet Administrator

Warrington | £28,500 per annum | Permanent

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of fleet data into the fleet management system and associated platforms. The role maintains the integrity of operational records across fuel, tolls, fines, tags and associated accounts, and supports the wider fleet function through purchase order administration and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily data entry into the FMS - vehicle, driver, maintenance and operational records accurate, complete and current.
• Processing new vehicle and trailer records including specifications, registration details and document expiry dates.
• Maintaining driver records - licence details, CPC certification dates and contact information.
• Uploading maintenance records, job cards and compliance documents received from external suppliers promptly.
• Running routine system checks to identify missing or incomplete records; actioning or escalating as appropriate.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a high-volume data entry administrative role.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident and competent user of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Organised and self-motivated - able to manage a varied workload to deadlines.
• Comfortable working with online portals and management systems.

Desirable

• Experience in a transport, logistics or fleet administration environment.
• Experience administering fuel card, toll or tag accounts.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes and approval workflows.
• Contract hire administration experience.
