About the Role:
• Lead and motivate the night shift team • Oversee machining and wrapping operations • Manage production, quality, efficiency and daily targets • Support training, development and continuous improvement • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety
What We're Looking For:
• Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential • Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment • Strong manufacturing/engineering background • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front
