FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established and growing driver medical services business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position. This is a proactive B2B sales role focused on developing new business across the haulage, logistics, fleet, taxi and wider transport sectors.

Salary:

Up to £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience + strong commission and bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business across fleet, haulage, logistics and transport markets
• Proactively prospect and contact potential customers
• Develop relationships with haulage companies, fleet operators, taxi businesses, driving schools and employers
• Follow up inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Grow existing accounts through additional services and cross-selling
• Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards agreed targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM system
• Attend networking events and industry exhibitions where required
• Work closely with marketing and operational teams to support business growth

Skills & Experience:

• Previous B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling into haulage, logistics, fleet, taxi or wider transport markets would be highly advantageous
• Strong new-business development and lead-generation skills
• Confident telephone and email communication
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
• Previous CRM experience would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence required
