Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established business in Doncaster.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional to join a supportive team, taking responsibility for accurate invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and maintaining financial records.

The Role

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring correct authorisation.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and purchase ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Assist with inventory and purchase ledger reconciliations.

About You

• At least two years' experience in purchase ledger or a similar accounts role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
