• Basic salary of £34,000 - £40,000

Day to day as a Legionella Risk Assessor

• Assessing commercial and residential sites from Oxford across the South East and Midlands
• Surveying hot and cold water systems
• Recommending remedial works
• Producing reports and schematic drawings
• Running your own diary and liaising with clients
• Occasional temperature checks, sampling and tank inspections

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274
• Organised and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence
