Smart Education is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, down-to-earth SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our team located just outside of Birmingham.

You’ll be connecting with schools, SEND settings, teachers, support staff and candidates every day, matching the right people with the right opportunities and making a real difference along the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and developing strong relationships with schools and SEND settings
• Recruiting and interviewing high-quality education professionals
• Managing your own candidate and client relationships
• Matching candidates to the right roles and opportunities
• Developing new business and growing your network
• Working as part of a supportive, ambitious and driven team
• Making a genuine difference to schools, candidates and the children they support
