Working within enhanced 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing packages, you'll play a vital role in maintaining safety, promoting dignity and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes. We're looking for candidates who have: Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. Experience managing behavioural escalation, physical aggression and high-risk situations. Strong de-escalation skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure. Experience following detailed care plans, risk assessments and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans. Excellent teamwork, communication and situational awareness.Experience in learning disabilities, autism, mental health, acquired brain injury or restrictive care environments would be advantageous.
