Role Summary

This is an opportunity to join an established Chartered financial planning firm where your administrative skills will directly underpin the delivery of high-quality financial advice. Working closely alongside experienced Financial Planners, you will take ownership of day-to-day client servicing in a collaborative environment that actively supports your ongoing technical growth and career development across wealth management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting documentation and valuations for client reviews, giving you direct insight into complex financial planning strategies and client portfolios.
  • Oversee and process end-to-end client servicing requests and business submissions, developing your technical mastery of provider systems and internal wealth management platforms.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, colleagues, and product providers, building lasting professional relationships and strengthening your communication within the advice process.
  • Manage your own administrative workflow across ongoing client files, providing you with full daily autonomy and the opportunity to broaden your understanding of retail financial planning products.
Requirements
  • Prior administration or client servicing experience within financial services, ideally within wealth management or independent financial planning.
  • Solid familiarity with core financial products, client documentation, and back-office administrative processes.
  • Proven ability to organise and manage competing workflow priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach to supporting clients and colleagues.
