Fin Search are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk on an initial 6 month contract basis for a leading legal firm based in Leeds city centre. This role will turn permanent for the right candidate.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 1 day in the office and 4 days at home each week.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, this role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the accounts payable invoices.

Key duties will include:

• Coding invoices correctly
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Prepare and process supplier payment runs
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of working in accounts payable previously
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

£28,000 - £32,000 + hybrid working model (1 day a week in the office, 4 days a week at home) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + 35 hour working week
