Provide Customer & Refrigeration Engineer technical support Able to work with electronic systems, knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages inc, Word, Outlook, Excel etc. Working within our Joblogic Service & Maintenance Management System (Training will be provided) Provide Holiday cover for Service Manager (Vice Versa) Plan Maintenance Visits via our Joblogic System Quote Maintenance Contracts Via our Joblogic System Ensure all Engineer Paperwork is completed correctly normally electronic Produce Maintenance Checklists (Excel) Ensure all FGAS is completed correctly Attend Customer Review Meetings The Refrigeration Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager / Technical Manager will need refrigeration industry experience Refrigeration Maintenance Manager / Operations Manager / Service Manager salary is £60-70K plus bonus based on performance of the person and the company as a whole plus company car, choice by discussion can be BMW, Mercedes or similar.
