Key Responsibilities: * Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently * Assemble components according to specifications * Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained * Maintain a clean and organised work area * Follow health and safety procedures at all times * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors What We’re Looking For: * Must have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Ability to work within a fast paced environment * Ability to work effectively in a team * Willingness to work rotating shifts * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Shifts * Day Shift - £12.80 – Mon-Thur 7:45 till 16:40 & Friday 7:45 till 12:40 * 2 Shift - £14.34 – Days: 6 till 14:18, Backs: 15:35 till 23:50 (Mon-Fri) * 3 Shift - £15.62 – Days 6:30 till 14:30, Backs 14:30 till 22:30, Nights 22:30 – 06:30 (Mon-Fri)
