Our client is seeking an Experienced Legal Contracts Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional who has experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and is looking to apply their expertise within a dynamic and commercially focused environment. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring contracts are effectively managed, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

While training will be provided on company-specific processes, applicants should already possess a strong understanding of contractual agreements and be confident communicating contractual terms and obligations to both clients and colleagues.

Essential

• Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Previous experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Desirable

• Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Experience with PQQ submissions, supplier onboarding, or compliance processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management procedures.
