Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency with a strong presence across Norfolk, is seeking a Lettings & Property Management Specialist to join their expanding King’s Lynn team. The Role

No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding position. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, while also supporting the ongoing management of a portfolio of properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the lettings journey from enquiry to tenancy completion
• Conducting property viewings and meeting prospective tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
• Negotiating tenancy agreements and progressing offers
• Managing referencing, compliance, and tenancy documentation
• Advising landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends
• Identifying opportunities to win new business and grow the portfolio
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across lettings, property management, and sales
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven property professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

To be successful, you will:

• Have previous residential lettings experience
• Possess a good understanding of property management
• Be confident building relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Have a sound understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Be commercially minded and motivated by developing new business opportunities
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for property

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Full day off in lieu for each Saturday worked
