PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER – SOLICITOR OR CLE with 2 years’+ PQE

Location: Birmingham City Centre with hybrid working

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a caseload of contentious landlord and tenant matters
• Acting for both tenant and landlord in residential and commercial property matters
• Dealing with boundary disputes, general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional negligence claims relating to property
• Conducting advocacy where required
• Working as part of the dispute resolution team, building on their already well-established, excellent reputation, taking part in firm-wide business development initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status – solicitor or chartered legal executive
• Around 2-5 years’ PQE
• Experience in running property litigation caseload
• The ability to work well as part of a team
