It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience and contribute to the success of a global leader in insurance and risk management

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll lead by example, managing relationships with high-value clients and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with the Team Manager to shape the team’s strategy, coach and mentor colleagues, and ensure high standards of service. • Representing Gallagher professionally in the market.
• Contributing to the growth and culture of the Woking office.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience.
• Confidence in meeting clients and partners face-to-face.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
• A passion for developing people and driving team success.

Experience with private clients, high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, Acturis, or CII qualifications would be a bonus, but we’re more interested in your leadership potential and ability to make an impact.
