This national property company with offices in Castleford are seeking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their busy team on a temp to perm basis. The role is to reduce debt through engaging, customer contact via telephone and email and to update and maintain the ledger. Joining a very friendly team, the successful candidate will be involved in;

• Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact via telephone and email

• Ensure timely collection of all debts owed by customers

• Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate query resolution

• Administrative tasks as required, for example but not exhaustive: Post all receipts on to Sage, complete expected receipt sheet, maintain payment received sheet etc

This Temp to Perm opportunity is ideal for a candidate who is available immediately and can commit to this long-term opportunity. Initially fully office based, there may be some flexibility once this role becomes permanent. The successful candidate must have;

• Minimum two years B2B credit control experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel
• Sage 200 knowledge
• Previous use of Credit Reference agencies
• GCSE Grade C or above in Maths & English
• ICM - desirable
