A friendly and welcoming primary school in Berkhamsted is looking for a caring, enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll help create a positive and nurturing environment in the education and training sectgor, where children feel supported, valued, and excited to learn.

• Helping children explore, play, communicate, and learn.
• Supporting early phonics, reading, writing, and maths activities.

• Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and social development.
• Working alongside teachers to make learning engaging, inclusive, and enjoyable.

The Ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant

You'll be someone who is patient, approachable, dependable, and passionate about helping children succeed in the education and training environment.

You may already have experience in a nursery, school, or childcare setting, or you may be looking for your first opportunity to work in education. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, a caring attitude, and a genuine desire to help young children reach their potential.
