Business Consultant Specialist (eDV clearance mandatory)

Role Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: London - Hybrid working arrangements
• Salary Package: £45,000-£85,000 per annum + bonuses
• Clearance: eDV active clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, operational and user requirements
• Facilitate workshops with operational users, technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Produce business analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories and use cases
• Assess operating models, business processes and capability gaps
• Support business change, operational readiness, transition and adoption activities
• Engage stakeholders and maintain traceability from requirements through to delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Experience with process modelling, operational analysis and capability assessments
• Knowledge of business change, communications and workshop facilitation
• Experience working within Agile and/or traditional delivery environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar modelling platforms
• Previous experience within defence, security, policing, government or other secure environments
