Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced barriers to education. Work alongside colleagues to promote positive educational outcomes. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching/instructor experience. Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, behavioural needs or additional learning needs. Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills. A resilient, patient and nurturing approach. The ability to engage and motivate pupils who may struggle in mainstream education.
