A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Partner to lead its successful team in East Sussex. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or existing Partner to join a thriving practice handling complex, high-value property transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a Residential Property team
• Manage high-value conveyancing and residential property matters
• Advise high net worth individuals, developers, estates and portfolio owners
• Drive business development and client relationships
• Oversee compliance, risk management and team performance

You will have:

• Minimum 8 years' PQE in residential property law
• Proven team management experience
• Strong technical expertise in conveyancing and complex property transactions
• Excellent client care and business development skills
