Job Summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an Established Engineering corporation based on their 14-acre site in Milton Keynes. Duties * Design and deliver training courses/presentations to subsidiaries. * Create operation manuals and technical guides. * Carry out investigations and tests to evaluate products. * Supporting company electrical products by answering technical questions. * Providing assistance for specific customer applications and performing fault investigations * Some European Travel may be required. Must Have Experience * You must have a degree or HND qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Software or Electromechanical Engineering. * A Minimum of 1 year experience that is relevant to the role. * Knowledge of PLC's and Ladder or Structured text programming language * Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to write detailed technical reports and product documentation. Desirable and additional experience would include: * Experience of troubleshooting electrical components and networks * Technical Product Support experience * Experience of delivering technical training. * Experience with major industrial communication protocols is desirable such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA and IO-Link. Interview process is thorough and will include an Agility test in Math and English, a teams interview and then a face to face interview. Presentation skills and knowledge will be a major focus during this process
