Private Client Solicitor

A well-established Doncaster law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to take on a varied caseload of high quality private client work within a respected local practice.

You will manage your own caseload while providing a high level of client care and working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
• Deal with Wills, probate applications and estate administration
• Handle lasting powers of attorney and trust administration
• Advise on inheritance tax planning
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Attend client meetings and appointments where required
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business

Requirements

• At least 2 years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong experience across a broad range of private client matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
