Account Management Coordinator – Customer Operations

We’re recruiting an Account Management Coordinator to support customer accounts, order management and installation coordination for an innovative technology business focused on improving passenger transport safety and fleet performance.

The company combines vehicle data, analytics and AI-powered technology to help fleet operators reduce risk and improve road safety.

The Role

Working remotely from the UK, you’ll coordinate customer orders for vehicle parts and installations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery and excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Customer Operations, Implementation, Logistics and Operations teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enter accurate information into the CRM system.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, parts availability, shipping and installation schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders, chase progress and resolve delivery delays.
• Liaise with customers, Account Managers and internal departments to provide order updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports on order status and completion.
• Support efficient customer service, order management and operational processes.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing, customer service or account support role.
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up proactively and work collaboratively across teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience in order processing, order management, logistics, supply chain, installation coordination or customer operations would be an advantage.
