The Role

• Manage outstanding customer accounts, following up on overdue invoices and securing timely payments.
• Contact clients by phone and email to resolve payment queries and agree settlement dates.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve account issues and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor aged debt, prioritise collection activity and support the smooth running of the credit control function.

About You

• Previous experience in credit control, debt collection or accounts receivable.
• Confident communicating with clients and handling payment discussions professionally.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and persistent approach to resolving queries and achieving collection targets.
